　　听力：

　　1.因jogging而出现心脏病的人中,大部分是本身就有心脏问题,或者是平时极少运动,突然运动使心脏承受不了.有心脏病的人应该咨询医生后再进行jogging
　　2.过度运动才会损伤,但jogging不但不会,而且能使关节处的肌肉能结实,更耐用
　　3.jogging是更有效的运动,对比同等时间内(30分钟)walking所能走的距离来说更长,因此说明能消耗更多能量,得到更多锻炼.即使工作忙,反正就是时间少的人,也能进行jogging,然后能有个更好的health.
