中英文对照：华尔街英语外籍专家教你如何学好商务英语

Tim_Russ:（英语）学习商务英语和一般的英语学习也没有区别。就是把自己放置在一定的语言环境之中，来切实的感受，来与人交流，来提高自己的听、说、读、写的技能。

Tim_Russ:No.1 improve your english, focus on your english. i know many students try to remember many many business words. but their listening is very bad. so they can not understand anything. so the first thing is still an english test. so first of all is to imprvoe your english communication, and do not just try to remember a word, try to use the word, try to use it in contest in a situation. and focus on the *** preparation, listening, speaking, reading, writing. as the ** of preparation for the test. and always taking the business english that you are trying to learn, and trying to put it into use.
首要的还是关注你的英语，不能只会背不会听和说， 不能只为了考试。要提高英语的交流能力，不能只靠背诵。把自己放置在一定的语言环境之中，来切实的感受，来与人交流，来提高自己的听、说、读、写的技能。

肖堰:我还有一点想补充的。英语毕竟不是我们的母语。首先作为学习者，应该要明白自己的意图，自己的目标到底是什么？我从语言的技能上，最急切的解决什么问题？比如我做问案问题很多，我可能要解决阅读的能力，可能涉及到阅读和理解。可能写的很多。这个目标都是不一样的，这样你学习的重点也应该是不一样的。但是不管怎么样，作为一个语言，在一个商务环境里，听说读写，应该是最基本的一个水平。达到这个技能之后，商务的场合还是要交流，交流是互动的，你首先要听懂别人，才知道自己如何的表达。然后再上升到最高的层面，怎么去演示，或者是做自己的市场推广。这个我觉得，还是根据自己的重点，来达到目标。

主持人:我总结一下两位老师的主要观点。一个是环境因素，environment,另外一个是个人的意图,personal intension。两位老师能不能推荐一些书籍呢？

Tim_Russ:i think tha t there are many good books out there, just like learning english books. but for me the most important is not which book you use, it's how you use the book. i have many friend of master PHD, they spend the whole life reading the books, they know more english words than i do, but they can not speak and listen. so i always say that it's not just the book that you need to look. it's how you use the book. are you taking the language, are you speaking it, are you making a language...... the key is why are you learning it ,waht is you use. and it's never just for a test. because you what to find a job. then you want to use it in your job, with your boss.....so i think the key is that not just the book you have, but the question is how you use the book. i think that's the important thing.
你有多少书不是重要的，也不在于你对书的知识了解多少，而在于你学会应用它，怎么把它放在具体的语言环境中。我们中国有句古话，纸上谈兵是不可以的。要放在实战中去训练，这样才能切实的提高英语的技能。我有一些朋友，可能知道一些书的专业的知识，在具体的环境中，可能就不会很好的应用。对我们中国人来说，大家都有哑巴英语的一种趋势。
