今天,北京、上海、深圳等城市迎来返工潮,各地纷纷加强防疫措施,全力确保安全复工。

Chinese authorities have tightened measures to battle the novel coronavirus epidemic as a growing number of people hit the road and return to work after the Spring Festival holiday.

▌北京:对到京旅客实施百分百测温

据《北京日报》报道,北京市新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情防控工作领导小组9日召开会议,要求进一步做好外地返京人员的排查管理,要求各单位全面监测人员体温,有发热症状的及时就医。医院对就诊发热患者进行全面筛查,分类处置。

The capital has stepped up inspection and screening efforts, particularly at the community level, to detect cases of possible infection among people returning to Beijing and put them under treatment, Beijing Daily reported, citing information from a meeting chaired by Beijing Party Secretary Cai Qi on Saturday.

北京市铁路、民航、公共交通等多个部门负责人9日也表示,目前,铁路部门已对所有到京旅客实施百分百测温;航空部门、公共交通等也将实施密集消毒措施。

北京地铁相关负责人也强调,北京地铁已对车站、车厢实施全面消毒,车站通风已调整为100%新风模式,还将采取超常措施控制和降低车站和车厢人流密度。

同时,乘客需全程佩戴口罩乘坐地铁,对不戴口罩的乘客,将进行劝离。

▌上海:所有进沪人员须进行健康信息登记

根据上海市政府要求,所有进沪人员须进行健康信息登记。旅客可提前通过下载上海“健康云APP”、扫描列车座位上的二维码或关注“铁路上海站微信公众号”“上海铁路局微信公众号”等方式,完成“来沪人员健康登记”中个人信息填报。

所有通过高速公路、铁路、机场、港口进沪的人员都要求测体温、健康登记、戴口罩。上海市政府在9日新冠肺炎疫情相关新闻发布会上称,火车站、机场、公交、地铁、出租车等场所已加强消毒。

▌鼓励远程办公、错峰上下班

北京市政府早在1月27日就下发通知,提倡错峰上下班等弹性工作制;鼓励采用电话、网络等灵活办公方式,减少会议参会人员、缩短会议时间,切实履行部门、单位的防控责任。

Beijing has called on workers to use flexible hours and off-peak commuting, as well as other working methods, such as conducting more business by telephone or the internet, in a bid to reduce the risk of spreading the novel coronavirus.

上海市9日也发布了关于鼓励错峰上下班的通告:鼓励有条件的企业,特别是科研、IT等行业从业人员居家办公、在线办公、错岗上班、分时到岗、轮流到岗。

Shanghai municipality on Sunday called on corporations and public institutions to implement flexible office hours to help staff members avoid busy transportation dates and peak commuting hours, before the city officially resumes work on Monday.

复工后,如何正常生活?

复工后,如何做好防护,开展正常生活呢?

上海医疗救治专家组组长、华山医院感染科主任张文宏给出了一些建议。

▌外地回来,建议先“闷”两周

张文宏在“华山感染”微信公众号相关文章中写道,外地回来,建议先“闷”两周:

如果你是在集中隔离点,隔离期间要调节好心态,在隔离期间少走动,遵从带普通口罩,多洗手,保持人与人之间的距离感,可以有效降低本病传播。

只要“闷”两周,就可以把病毒给“闷”掉,为大家复工和复学后的正常生活创造条件。两周不是很长,但对整个战役而言,却是非常重要的环节。每个人都是战士,隔离点的每个人都是为此做贡献的战士。

此前在接受媒体采访时,张文宏医生也特别呼吁大家“闷”两周,虽然在家隔离很闷,但病毒也会被“闷死”的:

The head of the coronavirus treatment team in Shanghai stressed that staying at home is the most effective way to control the coronavirus epidemic, and both the government and the public should work together toward containment.

上海医疗救治专家组组长张文宏强调,在家隔离是控制病毒传播的最有效途径,为控制疫情,政府和公众要共同努力。

他说,这不是隔离,而是在战斗,每个人都是战士!

"Please stay at home for two more weeks," said Dr Zhang Wenhong, who is also director of Huashan Hospital's infectious disease department, on Thursday, when speaking on a possible timetable for eliminating the virus. "It's suffocating for everyone to stay at home, but the virus is suffocating as well. We aren't resting at home; we're fighters. Every person who stays at home is participating in the battle against the virus."

张文宏也是华山医院感染科主任,他呼吁大家“在家闷两周。在家隔离两周很闷,但是这样病毒也被闷死了。你不是在家隔离,你是在战斗啊!”

▌出门上班,8条防护提示要记牢

如果你已经复工,需要外出去单位上班,张文宏医生也给出了8条个人防护提示:

❶ 带好口罩,哪怕在办公室里,也应该带好口罩。

❷ 开窗通风,不要开中央空调。

❸ 哪怕关系再好,人与人之间也该保持一米以外。

❹ 分餐吃饭,使用公筷。

❺ 不仅饭前便后要洗手,碰过电梯按钮、公共办公用品之后也要勤洗手。

❻ 外出回到家后先脱外套,将衣服挂在家里玄关或者门口衣架。

❼ 脱外套后再摘口罩,摘掉口罩一定要再次洗手。

❽ 可以的话回家后尽快洗澡。

他表示,如果做到以上这些,感染新型冠状病毒的概率就会很低。
