这个用法还是有些奇怪的。Step into本意是指进入里面的意思，但是在今天节目中，它却表示“穿上裤子”的意思。这又是怎么一回事呢？在《现代英语用法词典》里，有一种用法是这样的：step into one’s shoes，意思为穿上鞋。此外就没有标注其它的用法了。那么，我们或许就可以理解这里step into 后面可以跟pants表示穿某人的裤子了，毕竟，鞋子和裤子都是要“一步一步”的穿么！
